I was so disappointed when I received this coat without hood. Fit is perfect, color and I love everything about design. But very unprofessional for Nordstrom to send coat without hood. I called and asked for replacement but they did not have a size to replace it. I will try again to get replacement because I love everything about.

This is a beautiful trench coat, I am not crazy about the sweatshirt material hood and the coat is really nice with the hood removed. I found it a bit large on me. I am returning for a Small. I was looking to purchase a longer trench coat and this one fits the bill.

The coat was exactly what I wanted
The coat was exactly as pictured. I ordered a large because I wanted it to be oversized. The color was perfect. Really like the detached hood. It came in handy when I wore it on a rainy, windy evening. Great buy for that price.
